Agustin Diaz is a Cuban blogger who was arrested along with Yoani Sanchez and her husband, Reinaldo Escobar, on October 4, 2012, while en route to report on the trial of a Spanish citizen in the town of Bayamo. The reason for their arrests is not yet known.

He was released the following day without charges.
