May 30, 2007, Egyptian blogger Amr Gharbeia has been interrogated on charges of libel and then released on a LE200 bail. During the interrogation the prosecutor tried to force Amr into handing out the IP addresses of readers who posted comments on his blog, but Amr rightly refused.
