On August 22, 2004, the judiciary detained six members of Rooydad’s technical staff, among them Arash Naderpour. Arash was held in secret detention centers, without access to visits by his family and lawyer. Arash Naderpour was involved in providing technical assistance sites and played no role in deciding their content and postings.

Arash Naderpour appeared in front of the commission on December 25, 2004.
