Avdukic Edin ( Dino ) is the first threatened and arrested blogger in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He was arrested by local authorities on 24th of August 2009, and the same day, after a violent interrogation, he was released. The main reason of the arrest was an article he wrote on the internet about water supply problems in his city, accusing authorities and blaming them for poor condition in water supplying.

Several days after his release, Avdukic has received verbal threats from authorities. The community chief Smailbegovic said that he well do anything to expel Avdukic out from college.

In July 2010, after a trial, BH Court had released Avdukic. They find the defendant not guilty. It had been officially the first trialing process for a member of the blogging community in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
