Jörg Reinholz, known under the pseudonym "fastix", is a German blogger that has become known for his fight against Abmahnung practices. He has been arrested three times:

January 25, 2007 - February 23, 2007 - source (German)
July 4, 2008 - July 28, 2008 - source (German)
June 2, 2009 - release expected on August 31, 2009 - source (German)

All detentions were the results from Reinholz refusing to pay fines he had been sentenced to for libel.
