Laritza Diversent (https://twitter.com/jurisconsultocu) is a well-known blogger and attorney, author of the blog J urisconsulto de Cuba [es] (Cuban Legal Advisor). She was arrested on November 7, 2012, along with numerous other prominent bloggers and civil society advocates who had gathered in front of a Havana police station to demand freedom for a group of activists and independent lawyers. Reports indicate that Diversent was released a few days later.
