On March 2, 2005, Najmeh Oumidparvar, the wife of the ten arrested blogger, Mohammad Reza Nasab Abdullahi, was arrested in her home. She had posted messages from her husband on her own blog. On the eve of her arrest, she had given an interview to the German radio station Deutsche Welle. She was four months pregnant. After twenty-four days in custody, Oumidparvar was freed on bail.
