Paulus Le Son is a 26-year-old Vietnamese blogger arrested on August 3, 2011 and charged with "subversion" and “activities aimed at overthrowing the people’s administration.” The arrest was his second. His popular personal blog (paulusleson.wordpress.com) covers issues of social justice, human rights and sovereignty. According to Viettan.org, he was arrested as part of a larger crackdown currently totaling 17 human rights defenders (mostly from Vinh Province).
