Reinaldo Escobar is a dissident Cuban blogger and the husband of prominent blogger Yoani Sanchez. On October 4, 2012, he was arrested along with Sanchez and blogger Augustin Diaz. The reason for their arrests is not yet known.

The couple was released the day following their arrest without charges.
