Twitter (@ValorTamaulipas) & Facebook user "Valor por Tamaulipas" (Courage for Tamaulipas) is being hunted by drug lords for informing about shootings, kidnapping sites and other risky situations to warn people living in Tamaulipas, Mexico. The cartels have set up a bounty for his head and are promoting it through leaflets. An article in Spanish newspaper El País mentions his family has fled to the US for safety.
